Library Programs for January 2023



Story Hour Wednesdays from 10-11am at Jemison City Hall

Craft and snack provided.
Story Hour meets in the Court Room of the Municipal Complex. Park and come in the front.



LET’S GET CRAFTING –
Meet each Tuesday 1-3 pm at the Library

It’s a New Year loaded with new Crafting Ideas. Join in as we tie, stitch or create beautiful bead crafts. Macramé, quilting, crochet or beading. Always something fun to craft! You can also share your ideas!! Everyone is welcome. Up next- Quilting!



Basic Art with Ms. Beatriz – Meet each Friday 6-8pm at the Library

This is a Beginner Art Class working in acrylic paints. All supplies are provided. Class is open to adults and teens accompanied by an adult. Call to reserve a seat.



Rock Painting with Ms. Cheryl – Jan. 19. 6-8pm at the Library

Kids of all ages, we supply all the paints and rocks. We have up to 12 spots available, call the Library for availability.



Wood Burning Class – Jan. 24. 6-8pm at the Library

This free class teaches basic woodburning for adults and students 10 and up accompanied by your parent. You’ll have an opportunity to paint your craft if time allows. 10 seats are available, call for availability. All supplies provided.
